Interprofessional collaboration becomes an important issue in implementing patient safety program.With their respective expertise in the collaboration, physicians and nurses play significant roles.However, work values are less reviewed in the context of interprofessional collaboration.
This study aimed to describe the differences of work values between the soiebiologique.com physicians and nurses.The hypothesis of this study was that there merlot redbud tree for sale are differences between work values of physicians and those of nurses.Data were collected through questionnaires given to 27 physicians and 80 nurses.
Using independent sample T-test were found six differences of work values between physicians and nurses, i.e.self-direction, hedonism, universality, benevolence, conformity and security.
